Chardonnay Extra Brut is manufactured by bottle fermentation and ages at least 24 months on its own yeast.

alcohol: 12.5 % vol

tasting notes: Light yellow-green color. Fruity fragrance with a hint of orange peel and walnuts. Full flavour, mineral, with spicy acidity, with notes of peanut buZer. Lively sparkle. Well rounded taste, long conclusion.
